Potassium is very likely the issue. I keep Potassium chews on had for that issue. At least for me, I chew 1 and fairly soon the cramps stop.

91/75 with high humidity. Not too much of a chance of rain. Typical spring weather transitioning to summer when the breeze stops 2-3 weeks from know.

Did not find the bluefin we were looking for, but we caught some big bonito and a big ol' barracuda yesterday. Drank beer and smoked cigars, so it wasn't too bad...

Just got back from swim workout, then went to Dillards to return a pair of Birkenstock I bought over the weekend. Just didn't fit my foot as the arch was too high. Didn't have wife's debit card with me so they would not take the return today. I have to go back tomorrow.

In the meantime, I just ate three of the cookies I baked yesterday. Had five last night...

This may be the last of the really nice days for some time. It's 77/99 today and the RH is as low as 5%. Forecast calls for 110+ starting this weekend. Global warming in my future.
