Hi All, I have never had Cigar Bid return an email or answer the phone. I am currently trying to reach them about an order that has been in process for several weeks, crickets! Do you all have the same experience? Granted I have only had two issues but nary a response on either. I literally left my phone on hold at my desk today for over an hour and a half before I gave up.

Shepp I always thought you were overrated and had the worst haircut. Even still you seem like a good egg so I figured why I oughtta let you in on a little secret. Us FOGs have a special relationship with the owner of CBid (Dave) who loves to help us out when we randomly have issues like not getting our free cigars or nudes of DrafterX’s momma.

So call (214) 914-3337 9-5 central time and ask for Dave, tell Dave that jaderose sent you and what problem you’re having. Dave will get everything straightened out for you lickity slit.

I pm'd the confirmation number, bid number and lot number that I won on July 4th.

Still no responses from CB from the contact us form that I sent. My smokes ship on Tuesdays -
Its been 3 Tuesdays and still says processing.

What we have here is a failure to communicate.

I really suggest calling. I had a similar "stuck in processing" order and it turned out that one of my 5-packs was out of stock, so they swapped it out for 5 singles of the same thing and then it shipped right away.
