My hospital has such a terrible system for documents. It's "searchable" but any search gives you 10k results and they're not sorted well. If you want to dig through folders to find what you need, it's usually about 50 folders deep and one wrong turn you can't go back unless you go back to the start. If you search you need to know the exact name of the form/file to get a match.

I'm trying to submit forms for reimbursement for renewing all my licenses and certifications. Maybe I'll just bring the receipts and tell management to figure it out.

Was all the rage in about 2005. The clinic system I was working for did a reasonably good job getting them up and running. I left about the time the first rumblings of trouble were being heard.
