Pool for some laps. Chiro this afternoon for my upper back. Otherwise, lots of r&r today. Should oprobably go to Costco to buy a wall mount for my tv. On the otherhand, I might try 135mg since 90 didn't quite do it. We'll see...

Edit: No thc today due to a doctor appointment this afternoon. 😳

Morning salutations.

Our church is running a 24/7 prayer sevice for a week. I am going to spend some time there today as well as donating some time at the mental health center. BBQ tonight with a few friends. The lads are in heaven and hell right now. A 1/2 steer is going on the spit. They are sitting right there loving it and whining because they aren't getting any of it.

Don't feel so good today, can't catch my breath to well, have to turn the oxygen up. Walking makes me feel like passing out. Oh well, we'll have days like this.

On the bright side,ADM is still going up and up, only got in at 41 a share. Been making a kill'en though.🤗

Bought a salmon this morning to smoke. Brining it now.

Gonna shred and fry some tater cakes to top with sweetened cream cheese, scallions, fresh dill, and smoked salmon.

Don't think it'll be ready by dinnertime. Might be a tomorrow meal.
