Placed an order for 10 Montecristos Last week. Box arrived Saturday with only 5 cigars. I messaged customer customer service immediately and haven’t heard back.

How long does it generally take to receive a response and does anyone have experience with incorrect order and how the company handles them?

This is the 3rd order I’ve placed. The other 2 were perfect. Hoping I can be made whole here.
