Good Wednesday Morning! It was in the seventies this morning on the way to 88° today.

Doing more plastic printing today. Ball bearing handles for presses. The bearings are common skate board wheel bearings, common, cheap and plenty precice for a handle. After that I'm redoing the design of a flanged bushing to hold the camera end of one of those cheap cable bore snakes. I need the bushing to hold the camera assembly in the tool holder of my reloading press. With the camera working I can look into each case to verify there is powder before placing a bullet. The camera has a ring of tiny LED lights built in.

I was going to turn a wood bushing, but decided to try tinkercad to design a bushing I could print. It took a few tries to get into the way this CAD program works. For me, every CAD program has been unlike any other software I've ever used. I was able to run Microstation at work make (very) rudimenty changes/corrections.

Tinkercad, a free all online application, is a sort of Fusion light and pretty simple to use. To make the bushing I had to add three tube objects, then by changing the lengths, diameter and wall thickness to form a flange and an inner narrowed opening. I joined the three into one to create the bushing.

Had a bunch of needles stuck into my neck yesterday. They injected a local anesthetic that lasted about 3-4 hours. I was out of pain, which is a positive sign the trial injections worked. One more set of trials with a good result and then the doctor will use microwave tipped needles to burn out the nerve roots, hopefully alleviating my left sided neck pain for 6-12 months. I am Psyched!

Now, I just have to get the motivation to go swim some laps. I am officially down to 185 from 200 lbs. from almost three months of swimming and feel great!

How are you all doing?

Tryed letting the water jet at the side of the pool, massage your neck and back for about 10-15 minutes before and after. Just hanging loosely. It work for me but I'm just a idiot as you say.

Two fawty NINE!

Well that didn't happen. Went shopping, packed, hitched up the camper and drove to the track. 8pm now I'm heading to bed.

Yearly physical. Uneven results.

Even with all of the exercise, glucose the same and actually had my HDL went down. Fothermucker.

On the brighter side, the LDL is down 5 points and my BP was unrecognizable. 118/76.

That was with a cup of coffee in me.

Two more days until the self banishing to the back room at the circus. The inventory, stocking, logistics thingy. I'd had enough with dealing with the public, this one isolates me as much as possible from that stuff.

Only wanted to continue doing the Wally World thingy part time to ride out the next year while milking the free money out of them but the back room position requires full time hours. In the end it only adds about 8 ish more hours per week at the circus. I might still have to fill in as a fake Walmart cop here or there on an as needed/fill in basis since they are currently short on fake Walmart cop help. It was part of the deal. The head Walmart cop dude is one of a few managers that I respect there and I don't want to leave him hanging.

For some reason he takes his job seriously. He's well organized, treats his team that work under him and along side of him with respect, supports them, applies rules and expectations equal and fair across the board... Ya know, things a good manager should do. An oddity at the circus where I work.
