Washing the dehydrator trays and got to coughing and sneezing again. It even got to the wife sitting a room away.

They're insanely hot. Might be beyond my limit. When I put the pepper dust on them I only dusted the top tray in the smoker, anything on the bottom caught a little runoff but they aren't red/orange like the ones that were on the top. I tasted one from the bottom.

I think maybe I shouldn't have used all the peppers. I think there were about 15 scorpions and 6 habaneros. The habaneros are fine for me, but maybe 3-4 scorpions would've been plenty.
