Newbie here and want to understand how long it takes for CBid to process won bids. I won 3 bids on 10/05 and 1 on 10/06. As of today, 10/10, I have not received any confirmation about these lots I won. There are no order processed on my dashboard.

My shipping settings are for once a week on Tuesdays. I have already sent two emails to customer support and have received no responses.

What should I expect from CBid?

With your settings on Tues, they'll take all the lots won at the start of business on Tues. They should all process this coming Tues

I realized that all lots won would be shipped on Tuesday but was surprised that no orders were processed. Your explanation clear that up. Thanks!
