I'm in Alburtis, 18011, but the carriers come out of the Macungie PO.

Had two orders this week, one shipped quickly and is on schedule for delivery tomorrow. The other, however UPS has said this for the past 2 days:

We were unable to dispatch the trailer on time. This may cause a delay.

A couple of 10 packs of Padilla 6x60, black or brown bear, and 10 Mark twain churchill Barber poles. Funny thing is I'm 1/2hour from the shipping warehouse in Bethlehem. Thanks for the advice, I'm sure it'll ship Wed. Which means with the holiday I'll get it the following Monday. Should be my worst problem...

My last couple of orders have been handed off to USPS for delivery and it took about 10 days longer for them to arrive compared to previous orders. For my current order, which typically would have been delivered last Friday, the tracking said it would deliver today. It didn’t.

If it follows the pattern of my last order the tracking will update to say delivery today for about a week before they get here.

Why does cigarbid allow UPS to hand them off to the usps?

Consider yourself lucky if you don’t get those cigars….

Just fyi in case anybody's interested.... These ship via UPS surepost, which does mean they're being handed off to USPS. If you are concerned with that or want better updates/faster shipping, you can use the UPS app to upgrade the package to ups ground. Obviously you pay more for shipping, but the option is there.

The delays are real. I placed an order on 11/19 and it still hasn't shipped. I have emailed a few times, but have yet to receive a reply. I have call as well, but after 30 minutes of hold, never got through.

I just tried calling again, but today I got a new phone message. Today the Cigar Bid voicemail said "We're sorry, we have closed due to unforeseen circumstances. We hope to reopen soon. ".

Sounds like a covid outbreak.

My order shipped last Thursday and arrived in AZ today. So there.
