One good thing of dry forced hot air heat in the winter (crazy dry air) is an opened bag of chips doesn't go stale.

33 and rain.
How nice to have it warm enough to have rain.
We've had sleet, freezing rain, wintry mix. But straight up rain? Nope.
Don't have to shovel rain.

Cabinet day went alright. Wife is happy with the progress and choices made. Countertops next week.

Pike's Peak coffee. Blueberry english muffins with blueberry jelly from a local producer. Which is as close to hipster I ever plan to be.

Florida blows.........if wifey's sister and a BIL I happen to think a lot of didn't live there I'd never go back.

Got totally ripped off by the car rental place on toll charges

The airport sucks jolly green **** sticks

The traffic is ridiculous

However when we were there in October the only complaint was the humidity

I have a sunpass for the toll roads. If you don't, and use the rental company toll system you're gonna get bent over hard. Learned my lesson.

MCO is one of my least favorite airports. TPA on the other hand is one of the easiest I've been through.

Might be our last tourist trip down here. We were talking about it last night we need to go to new places. I want to head down DEDs way next. Hike at Sedona, see grand canyon, etc. Never been out that way.

Think you would really enjoy it around March time frame. Besides the things you listed in March you can take in a Cactus League MLB game anywhere in greater Phx/Scottsdale/Mesa. There are usually 15 teams going every day (cept this year due to the lockout)

No toll roads
Traffic moves about 65-75 unless ya get behind ison
Typical high is 70-80 range
Day trip to Prescott and DED's mountain home?

Boy is it blazing frankin' hot in the summer, though... 🤦

Mornin' dudes. Dog walked and fed. He's on a hunger strike because I didn't put sardines in his kibble. That'll last until early afternoon, maybe. He gets hungry waiting for me to put the sardines in there and then finally realizes it ain't happening.

Dogs are sposta be smart, right? Why hasn't he figured out; sometimes you get 'em... sometimes ya don't. Just eat, fugger.

Dogs seem smart as well as forever hopeful…as in they’re hopeful that their human remembers to give them the food / treat that they had yesterday. =p~

Error yesterday when I said You Don’t Have To Shovel Rain.

Backyard buried under about four inches of ice. When there is that much ice, the drain from the area nearest the house doesn’t…… drain.

Actually, when it is pinned up against the house, it will drain. … into the basement.

24 gallons of bailing at 10:30 pm with a moderate whisky buzz was NOT the plan.

No damage to the basement other than a few trickles through the wall.
