I sure could go for a few taco's tonight. That would hit the spot.
Made a batch of chili this weekend complete with hunks leftover steak tips from a grill out and beans. Yes, my chili contains beans. That might suffice as I'm too lazy to make tacos at this time of the night.
Thawed out some chicken breast, maybe chicken piccata for tomorrow eats.
