Why can't you contact anyone at this site? No one answers the phone or replies to any inquiries.

Have you tried CelticBomber he works with customers that come on the forum to help them out. Send him a PM with your order info and problem and he should be able to help. It usually takes him a day or two. It really depends if he is working in the shop or in his office in the warehouse. Really good guy has helped me a few times in the past when I have had problems.

I have the same problem my order from last week stills shows as Processing, and no one has answered the phone since last Tuesday.
