Seriously though... the CS here was great before covid. And before Swedish Match or whatever the fook it is bought it up.

Most of us that post here don't buy from this place anymore. If I see a deal I might put in a bid, but it's unusual.

I never had a problem before, my ship day has always been Thurday, and I would receive my package on Saturday.
It's Friday night and my order is still processing..but they did charge my credit card real fast and efficient like Thursday night!

WAITING FOR DAYS ON MY ORDER. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO EMAIL RESPONSE. THEY JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

Hey guys, actually got on with customer service today, they are there so dont give up, wht number do you guys press when they ask why you're calling? Maybe that has something to do with it.
