My professional experience with people and businesses is that they tend to answer straightforward questions like mine when they understand why you are asking. But, I can see why what I asked concerned you. However, I don't think it's a problem, but will defer to your concern as no one else seemed willing to get involved.

Now, as to the link name, why cannot it be changed?
