Thanks for the heads up on customer service..
🌫 I am a new customer put in a bid and tried to call to get an idea on shipping costs ,being I could not locate it on line.
On hold for 1 hour ..yes 1 hour..never picked up.
Their time is not more valuable than mine..
Im packing my bags..Why on earth would I ever purchase anything from a Mickey Mouse operation like this ?

I've been ordering from CBID for years with no issues, the last few months, every other order is missing something. Customer service has a minimum hold time of an hour it seems. That's insane, obviously there is a demand for service, hire more people!!!

Well I can attest to is I have paid an a$$ load in shipping….seems a little scammy to me how they have it setup….I should of read a little deeper but I don’t like to be taken advantage of either. but other that that I’ve am pretty happy with the whole auction thing…I’ve stumbled upon a few good deals….so over all it’s all good!!

Is anyone else having issues with Cigarbid. I had an order and did not receive it. It says that is pending. I emailed cigarbid and have received no answer. And when I called yesterday during the day, the message was that they are temporarily closed down!? Are they still in buisness??? I have never had a problem in the last many years of buying with them.
