Hi Guys. This is my first post although I've been buying on Cigarbid for about a year. The last couple of orders I've had issues getting everything i've won. I waited on hold several times before having to hang up and finally waited long enough last time to get some assistance. This time i'm still missing two of the lots i won. One showed as backordered over 2 weeks ago and the other just never shipped. Is there anyone I can work with to help. I appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Celtic bomber subtracts TWO ITEMS from every order that is made on cigarbid...it's his contractual agreement with Cbid management...in order to solve all customer complaints...

Thank you to all who have replied. I have PM'd Celticbomber and will see what he says. I appreciate everyone's assistance. The first couple of orders I placed were fine but the last couple leave a lot to be desired from the customer service side of things. Calling and being on hold for hours with no one answering is ridiculous.
