California could be looking at a 25 billion dollar budget deficit in the coming fiscal year. What caused the state to experience a potential deficit after having a huge surplus the past two years? Will services be cut? Or will we pay higher taxes?

Just wait until they have to pay reparations. They’re gonna need to raise even more taxes and fees.
