RIP
He did so much to straighten out people with problems it is unreal.
As great of a football player as he was, he was probably a better man after he left the game.

A better man after he left the game? I’d suggest reading the timeline of his abusive behavior spanning all of his adult life.
The man had an AURA around him...
He could be tough, nice, bad, or anything inbetween..he was talented on and off the field...
I always wondered about that "kidnapping" RAP against him from some broad or housekeeper?? It was a very strange story...
Was he in "THE DIRTY DOZEN" ??? I have to check on that...
Awesome great classic movie..
John Cassavetes was in it too!!
Lee Marvin, Charles Bronson, many many great stars...
I think Jim brown ran across the roof of the chateau and threw ten?twelve ?handgranades down air shafts into rooms filled with nazis doused in petrol fuel???
Richard Pryor was a big fan of Jim Brown...
