Is anyone else having difficulty reaching Cigarbid Customer Service? I am getting a message that they are temporarily closed but will reopen shortly. I have been trying to reach them since 9 AM with no luck.

I mean, quite frankly, you waited a whole 33 minutes to post here... Maybe give them a whole hour or two, quite frankly?

I waited an hour and 33 minutes. Not sure why the post said 9:33. Just wondering if anyone else had the same difficulty and had additional information. Just seems odd that a a service business in a very competitive industry would even let even a half hour go by without a customer contact function. Makes me wonder if there is a larger problem since their VM is so vague. Thought perhaps someone else could share if their difficulty has been going on for a while or if this is a one day thing.

Shana is back, she was on the “Chat” feature a bit when it was launched a while back.
We chatted, I asked her to tell Saka that I want the cbid special Sobremesa Short Torpedo to be put back in production.
She assured me that she would take care of it….

Shana told me they revoked stePHan’s posting abilities until the CS backlog got caught up. Apparently he’d been slacking.

The carrier recycles its tracking numbers, which is causing some orders to have tracking numbers from older packages.

Nothing like a bunch of folks with single digits for posts griping about customer service issues many of the experienced members here never suffer through. I guess (platinum) membership does have its privileges…

BTW I`ve ordering for years and being in Hawaii it seems to always gets messed up.
