Sounds like you have a humidification issue, is my guess.
Could be your hygrometer is fuqed.
Are all your cigars coming from the same online source?
Many online bendors keep their supply at a rather high RH.
If your storage system isn’t up to snuff with respect to being able to drop the RH in a timely fashion?
Could be a problem.
Also, could be that some of the stuff you get may be UNDER humidified, and after staying in your humi, which MIGHT be at too high an RH, they balance out and smoke well………for a while.
Like I said, lots of variables.
What are you using for RH and temp control?
