It’s been a while since I ordered cigars on this site and was just wondering if anyone else has recently experienced problems with their order(s). I’ve sent two messages to CB with no response and I didn’t appreciate holding for over 20 minutes (at which I gave up at some point). I’ve used this site for dozens of orders previously and never had a problem before. Guess it’s just a sign of the times but it’s definitely disappointing.

Text/email Messages usually take at least 4 to 5+ days to be acknowledged.

Yes, it is a sign of the times.
Only two auction sites left, so, we can’t complain too much.
