Just a heads up. I heard all the great reviews on E.H. Taylor cigars and I bit. Won a pack of 5 for $20 and that was the worst money I have ever spent on cigars. They are junk in every capacity.

Hello have you ever tried Papy Van Winkle cigars made by Drew Estates now this is an excellent cigar

I pulled the text below from the Pappy site. Not impressed at all with their cigar knowledge, which makes me hesitant to buy their $16+ (at box price!) cigar.

How quickly your cigars will dry out depends on the humidity in the air. More humid climates are better for cigars. In general, you should store cigars in a humidor or airtight bag as soon as your shipment arrives. Due to inconsistent shipping climates, it is important to give your cigars a few days to rehydrate before enjoying one. If you don't have a humidor we suggest putting the cigars in a plastic food storage bag or container. For every 25 cigars stored, put a damp sponge or paper towel in the bag or container. Store the bag on a shelf or in a closet. If you don't have a humidor, we suggest purchasing one of our Boveda humidor bags or one of our 2-way humidity control packs designed to keep your cigars at the ideal humidity. Online reviews are mediocre from the 10 or so I read.

It’s a hard pass from me ar $16+/ea at box prices.
There are plenty of better cigars at $10/ea.
If they were $4-$5, I might try one….

Honestly, all I want is the box, to put in my liquor cabinet. I smoked one by itself, wasn't terrible, wasn't great. I didn't have time to crack a bottle of EH to test it with, just thought I'd try it.

Others have said... meh... that's honestly a good description.
