Is anyone else having problems not being able to submit bids. I've missed two lots tonight. When I hit the bid button I get a message over the bid amount box which says "valid code". As a result my bids aren't entered. Any clarity on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Goodness. Almost 14 years TJ???
That’s what happens when you don’t write, or call, or even send a gaddam text message!

Problem still there?

Hopefully not outbidding us.

I'll try to get on more frequently, though I typically don't get on the site until I'm nearing tracer burnout on cigars. It is nice to correspond with folks that have similar interests though, and the support is incredible even if it comes with a few digs.

Though I snipe, I rarely bid more than three dollars a stick. I'm frugal. I can't believe how much some people are willing to pay for middle of the road cigars, and seconds at best. I long for the days when you would get cigars packed in an actual box by the manufacturers, rather than C-bid saran wrap packaged individual cigars that come off a pallet. Not to worry, my bids won't outdo the hard core connoisseurs.

You got off easy…….I mean EASY!!!
Us crusty old fuqs get irritated when someone who has been here a decade plus, whines on his first post.

Hang around, check out the noob thread, see what others are smoking, learn about other places to find decent cigars at good prices..

The digs are mandatory 😆

I hope you’ll stick around and get to know some of us and let us get to know you. Lurk a bit in the trades forum and see the fun and games going on in there. I never thought that was something I’d be interested in. Read through a couple pages and see what it’s all about. It might surprise you.

For some reason discover put out a fraud alert, than took that alert off charged me for the cigars and cigarbid still tells me that “there is an issue” almost 3.5 weeks later…. Be careful!
