THANK YOU.

Well, I have often thought it mysterious why, from a socio-political perspective, this type of synergistic analysis is sought when the subjective object (not the objective subject) can give rise to no analytic framework free from temporal constraints and obviously non-universal cultural reference points. I'm not saying there could not be such a framework, but the base/superstructure dichotomy inherent in any valuation makes the politico-social (not socio-political, mind you) implications of a so-called "objective" dialectic impossible.

🤔

I think you sold me. Now my new favorite brand.

Thx Lee

Lee, based on that do you think Sancho Panza would fit my profile?

I love the double Maduro and I think it is way underrated. It has oomph but doesn’t blow my head off and it burns very well considering it’s got all of that box-pressed dark tobacco. I prefer the Robusto “Quixote” 4.5 x 50 but I’m not making a suggestion, just relating my experience with the brand. I have wondered about the “extra chido” blend but I haven’t tried one of those. For a double Maduro the flavor is nicely balanced with wood, earth, nut, scant cocoa.

It is troubling that such subjects come into being and what the implications are for us: the persons who have inherited a system of power that both creates our possibilities and constrains our existence. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

Robert,

Obviously yes. The cross-cultural assumptions inherent in his hermeneutic, self-referencing, quasi-paradoxical limitations plainly imply that you like strong(ish) maduros at a reasonable price.

Lol! I was going to post that in the what ya listening to, but when I saw your post I knew would be able to break it down for me.

My buddy sent me the link to the song, didn't even know he had a new album. He says all that in only a few seconds.

I had to go look it up, then I had to find you to make sense of it. Guess I'm gonna have to get a fiver of Sancho Panza now.

Get the double maduro. A couple of years ago you could get 5vers on here for $11. No idea what they go for now.

I've said it before and I will say it again... "Vivacious."

To the OP, I smoked the hell out of the double Maduro a while ago, it was good. Then I found the Camacho triple Maduro. 50% more Maduro? Yes please!

Smoked several of them back before I dated the cigar purchases on file. Double Maduros were just ok, but the triple anejo was a disappointment. What is the likelihood that Drafter and I smoked the same brand cigar at the same time 1300 miles apart on the same day. Perhaps LeeBot can come up with the stats and help us find Cros.

The Cuban version is excellent. Cocoa and ever so slightly salty.

You did ask for his thoughts...

Also, the caps lock key seems to be stuck on your keyboard. It's all the way on the left, about half way down, usually above the Shift key... Go ahead and give it a press.

I want to say there was a double maduro that was like 5 1/2 by 44? Smoked many a five pack of them some time ago.

Mine were 6x48 and called a double corona or at least that was what's on my cigar list.
