Hello friends, just wanted to ask a question since I'm new to the world of cigar smoking.
I was introduced by a buddy who let me smoke a Sweet Jane with him, and I instantly fell in love with it. I'm a college student that doesn't have a lot of money, so I loaded up on some Tabaks, Isla's, and Sweet Janes. I have 2 tins of the Sweet Jane Cigarillos and 1 tin of the Tabak Cafe cigarillos.
I was just wondering if these are squishy from the factory, or if anyone has noticed this? I had some from my local B&M store and they are actually quite firm, because my belief was that these cigarillos are actually made somewhat tight. The4 have been resting inside of my Tupperdor (64-65% humidity maintained by Boveda packs and verified with Hygrometers that have been tuned @ 68-70F temp) for about a month now and I'm not physically feeling any changes to them. They smoke fine, but the squishiness that I've been experiencing has caused the wrapper to come undone during the smoke when passed out to buddies and personally smoking them, so I was just curious if anyone has ran into this same encounter.
And maybe I'm just dumb, and this is how most Drew Estate cigarillos come off the factory line! Like I said, I'm a very new cigar smoker and just wanted some opinions.
PS: I have purchased many, many other cigars in CBid and have had 0 issues with non-cigarillo cigars. They have all been in perfect condition, and I honestly need to control myself in the future. LOL.
Thanks everyone!
