Well nuts. My order came in today and 3 items were not included. Back ordered. CAO America and 2 5 packs of Diesel whiskey row robusto. Then on top of that got notification that they charged me a 2nd time without them before refunding my original charge from Tuesday about 10 minutes ago. Not cool. Good thing I had enough in my account to cover the 2nd charge.

Obviously, contact Customer Service since they’re the only ones that can help you resolve this. Iffin’ they can’t, then dispute the charge with your credit card company.

Backorder filled two days ago without any correspondence. I usually wait 2-3 weeks before contacting CBID.
