Ok i have read alot of post on the vetrans pickin up a nooblet and jsut wonderin what is the constute of a vet and who are the vets so i can give proper respect to said vets thank you

I’m a vet.

Spent 20 years in the USAF.

Was in the first gulf war as well as in Bosnia and Mogadishu.

Present and accounted for at the khobar towers bombing. (lost a dear friend then…)

Went to Afghanistan after 9-11.

Served in a “classified” location in the beginning of the war with Iraq……

I finally retired Honorably 1 May 2003...

I am a vet. Served six years in the AF. Was at Al Jaber AB in Kuwait for Desert Storm, and Avian AB Italy for the Balkan Conflict. I worked mission planning intelligence for the F-117 (Stealth Fighter) out of Alamogordo, NM.
