I think Sec. Powell has it tough. I believe he thought he would be formulating foreign policy instead of just implementing it. Yeah, he is onboard with the current situation. But in the past, he has had to eat more than one turd sandwich. Unless you are speaking of Adam Clayton Powell whom I know nothing about.
