abortion clowns? what does that mean. if someone doesn't accept your point of view they become a clown.

how about motorcycle clowns, belly hanging over thier pants, nazi helmet on their heads, drug dealing and their sex crazed biker chicks. that's what newspapers say. does that make it true? some of my friends ride bikes and they are none of the above.

i don't think anyone is in favor of abortions. i'm not, but i have been lucky with both of my kids so the subject never came up.

i would not want to be in another house with a problem that required thinking about an abortion. that would be tough to handle.

That pic is pretty incredible. The baby reaching out of the womb as if to thank the Dr. for helping him make it. The surgeon was doing surgery on the unborn child. It's very touching regardless of your views on the subject, which is very controversial.

i doubt that the baby's mind is able to understand what is happening, but you are correct it is a very touching picture regardless of what side of the abortion argument you are on.

and the doctor is to be thought about with awe. to be able to perform that surgery is beyond my imagination.

I agree it is a very touching picture and had it been posted as a successful operation I would have said what a great picture. However it was used as more anti-abortion propaganda ie: more bull****. This weekend should be used to honor our military personnel past and present for a job well done, to honor our President George W. Bush for leading a successful campaign against Saddam Hussen. My 2 cents, I agree with JonR's first statement. Why can't the religious right delineate between pro-choice and pro-abortion. They are different, and no one in their right mind is pro-abortion, if so it would mean they think all fetuses should be aborted.
