I'm in the market for a new lighter. My colibri just fell apart on me!!! Whats your favorite? I had a Nibo that only lasted 3 days that I had won from another auction site. Not sure if its me but I don't seem to have too much luck with lighters!!

spend the money and get a S.T. Dupont X-tend and you will never ask about lighters again.........

The duponts are a bit pricey for me but I get your point.
You get what you pay for. I do have an old Ligne series that was my fathers but it is a flame and not a torch.

colibri's are cheap? cost wise is the comment...

I got 5 or 6 in a drawer LOL...

Get the smiley face torch CI carries (I've seen it here, too). About $10. I have two, and they have yet to fail me (one I got with a magazine sub., it's the same basic model).

#10 Go figure. Mine have been solid. I'd normally have added the $3 Ronson, but word has it few folks, if any, can find it where it used to be sold (hint: think stores with a greeter).

Most Rite-Aid, CVS and Longs pharmacies do though. Costs about a buck more there, so $3.95.

not impressed at all with colibri or xikar fuel. the First Light stuff that goes up for auction here has resurected a number of lighters of mine that i assumed were trash because of the 'brand name' fuel listed above.
