a drum roll please!

waiting !!!!!!!

this is one long-ass drum roll......

yawn...ppppbbtttt

While your waiting, why don't you read Sylances post called "no shipping of cigars" or read my post called "EVERYBODY needs to read this !!!" It's an issue that affect ALL BOTL's.

I TOLD you guys that I beat the "nagging wife/girlfried/significant other syndrome" by getting my G/F started in smoking cigars, well allow me to introduce the newest SOTL! Liz62803

WARNING: she's also an avid NASCAR, Cowboys, and wrestling fan!

Hi Everyone!

So good to finally be here! I got tired of Clive having all the fun on the boards 🙂 I can't wait to get to know all of you! From what I've heard you are a great bunch! 🙂

Liz

Welcome Liz,

Let me be the first to welcome you to the cbid forums.

Liz

Liz

welcome aboard Liz..an SOTL!! life is beautiful except for the fact that now the humidor will probably be running low in twice the time, eh? (honey..what's our budget for c-bid this year?)

thank you for the welcome!

Clive is going to start a humidor for me! He just bought this huge plastic thingamabob(he calls it a sweaterdor) that he put all of his 'gars in and he told me earlier that I can use the vacant one! I have the cherry little 'gars that he doesn't like that i really enjoy and he has ordered me some Cuban Honey's and some Astral Candellas and he's going to share some of his Gran Habano Churchills that I really enjoy to get me started. He ordered 2 boxes of ten Cuban Honey's and a five pack of the Astral Candellas 🙂 He is sooooo good to me 🙂 I think he appreciates the fact that I don't make him go smoke outside LOL I just join him! And live in peace and harmony (no I'm not going to start singing Kumbaya I promise!) hehe

Liz

Yes....a hardy welcome Liz!

Which by the way is also my daughter's name....so cool name!!

don't let him hold out the good stuff on ya!!

Dave

Liz, stop it, you're making us all VERY jealous of Clive....does he know how good he has it???

Welcome and hope you join us for some trades. I know there are several of us (although some won't admit it) who have picked up some flavored, etc. cigars that they wouldn't mind giving up. If you post under the Newbie Sampler thread, you can get hooked up.

Liz is short for Elizabeth - middle name Ann - named after my grandma 🙂 I want to thank everyone for such a great welcome! And YES he does know how good he's got it - I remind him ALL the time LOL 😛 Trust me he doesn't hold out the good stuff on me - he picks out something that he thinks I'll like but isn't too strong - not ready for the strong stuff just yet being a newbie and all! He's checking out his stash now to see what else to introduce me to tonight! I'm getting a Natural by Drew Estate!

Liz

Welcome Liz.

Nuttin like a Cigar Smokin Woman!

My G/F is also a SOTL and started with the Honeys, not me the cigar. She pitched the Honeys after she started sampling my smokey treats. Now she prefers HDM Dark Sumatras, Astral TVS and other full bodied goodies. She got into the PSD4's the other day. Now Im REALLY in trouble! Dont be scared, try them all, picth the nasty ones, and if you like um, that means they're good!

BD

So far everything that Clive has chosen for me to smoke I have enjoyed! I'm taking things slowly - climbing the steps one by one till I get to the top 🙂 Next time Clive goes to a herf I'm going to go with him, I would have gone last time but I wasn't feeling that good and I was in a "mood" LOL so I passed it up -but not next time - next time I'm going! 🙂 I can hang with the boys any time LOL LOL! I am woman hear me ROAR *giggles*

Liz

NAW Beat, I told her to keep the nasty ones to give to your bumming friends who smoke half, and leave most of it in the ashtray (see Sonny_LSU's post under trades!)

Hey Liz this is DBguru from the great Northwest....

Welcome welcome welcome.

You'll enjoy this group, which despite great efforts from a few gals is sorely in need of more female contributions on our threads.

Where do you reside and what are you favorite smokes??

Also how long have you enjoyed cigars?

Again welcome welcome welcome!!
