happy to report that our bro, RANBOH, sent over some much-needed supplies and the 1 june box has been duly launched and is now headed over to the guys in fallujah -- they're going to be very happy to see this! thank you very much, randy, for the excellent contributions to our adopted marines over there. outstanding!

if i've missed anyone in the thank-you's here, please forgive me for the oversight. as soon as i'm able, i'll be updating the web site with some pics of outgoing packages and a shot of our adopted guys in fallujah. 🙂

i got 0- gars left to give the boys! my own personal stash has gone from 3 150 count humis jammed full to about 30 sticks (not even enough to get me thru the summer). But if i have to! I would give them the entire contents of my personal smokes for what they do.

If you have an over packed humi or a few you just wanna give to them. Get with me asap! can hold my 15th shipping for a few days if i know something is coming. Currently only 3 sticks in this package going out (the usual personal items are in there - just no smokes left to give them from me).

Since you are a little short on smokes for your mailing on the 15th, I will ship my box out to the 1stSargent on the 15th with about 125 smokes. I got a donation from Paul Patel another Cbid BOTL which should arrive today. Just put a note in your package that you have another brother sending smokes from Georgia. We are running all over Fallujah as I write this, I just had to stop in and send off a quick thank you.

HUGE shipment of cigars received today, from Ga. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And one from a fellow Ridge runner/Mountaineer.

I've called all the platoon sergeants together and read them the letters enclosed. I put Michael Ladd's picture up in our COC, with our CBID threads that I have printed off CBID. Please send me the email addresses of all involved in this most effective morale boosting campaign of yours. I'm going to try my very best to get some digital pictures sent out within the week. It's a little tougher here due to the limited baud rate, but I'll attempt to "get er done".

The cigars arrived in fantastic condition. They will be enjoyed and came as I was down to my last cigar. The Gunny was actually asking me if I was attempting to save that last stick of mine for a special occasion. Every day you wake up over here is a special occasion.

I honestly can not convey the gratitude I feel towards all the outstanding Americans who have supplied a little love for these young fighting men so far from home. Letters will be sent to all those involved that forward addresses. The Marines have insisted on sending thank you letters. The expressly ask that I inform all those involved that "you guys rock", they didn't think the old 1stSgt would understand that verbiage, but I'm all over it. ha ha

When the Polaroid film arrives I'll send pictures right out. If you can scan them, please feel free to put them up. Also received a package from Parkersburg WV, I was born and raised in White Sulphur Springs WV. That package had some really nice smokes in it too. Michael Ladd sent some Buccaneers and said I should try them. Consider it done, tonight with a good cup of Java.

I love you guys, your all awesome. When my Marines go out to patrol in harms way they never have to wonder whether or not they have the backing of the American people, thanks to Patriots like you.

I was preparing a box for shipment to the 1st Sgt at the office this morning when I received some pictures from the 1st Sgt from Iraq...a fine looking bunch of Marines I might add. The 1st Sgt was packing quite a weapon I might add! Thanks to Paul Patel's contribution we are shipping over 200 cigars, candy, and other assorted items to the 1st Sgt this morning. speaking of pics -- bill, i whittled these down (resized) them as much as i can so you can still actually see them, but when i went to post them here on the photo forum, i kept getting the "too big" message.

thanks, bill! i'm hoping santa will bring me a new (or new to me at least) computer this year. my little dinosaur maxes out at 64 ram, and the hard drive capacity is laughable by today's standards. i can still email and piddle around on MS office-ish stuff, but it's a struggle to use any more advanced software than that. 😞 i've got some good software -- and soon i hope to also get "talk to text" software (so if my hands get worse, i can still work on The Great American Novel *chuckle*) -- but i can't put any of it on my current machine. DOH! 😛 so here's hopin'! 🙂
