My opinion of it is that those caught or are known to have done the beheading should be crucified.
Nail them to a cross. Put them out in the desert where their "followers" can see.

I'm not a liberal, but people forgot how to stand up for themselves. Our nation needs to get off this stance of being afraid to stand up for ourselves or offending folks.

I agree with CW. And before they shot the Moros, the troops slaughtered the pigs and dipped the tips of their bullets in the pig blood. Afterwards, the Moros were buried with the pigs and entrails. And as Clive pointed out, it was EXTREMELY effective.
