And for the record, I think it's the PANs that don't age all that well. They may lose some of their flavor. From my knowledge, the PAMs can go years in the humi. (I thought we might have been headed for an edit function around here years ago, but I guess it just wasn't to be)

YMMV. Do some searching around if this is important to you.
