In 1978 I joined a new company called Tandem Computers, trademark Tandem NonStop. The name reflects my employee number. The company was bought out a few years ago to become a division of a larger company. It's now called Compaq Nonstop.

A girl I dated for a few years had a tiny tiny chihuahua that had parvo and after 30 days of feeding her with a medicine dropper, she came around. I then bought an 82 Dodge 1-ton, that blew up on me, and after 4 months, I finally rebuilt her and she's now going strong (I so named it Adroomi). A couple of years ago, I found myself in a pretty tight situation in Cambodia, and somehow or another I pulled out of it. I figured the name must be lucky, so I've stuck with it.
