ok. Russ gives us 12. We're full now. I will send an e-mail out to the group today with more information.

any decision on the league name????live draft time??? Are we going to wait until a week before the start of the season? Or the beginning of spring training so we can watch people's hopes and dreams die as players get injured?

Was waiting for more entries for the name. Will send out the e-mail to all this weekend.

Several had said they would like to wait until at least mid Spring Training for the draft to see about injuries and how people are performing.

You should get the "offical" league invite next week.

Everyone should be receiving an e-mail with the team names from me shortly. If you haven't received it by tomorrow AM, e-mail me and I will resend it.

E-mail sent....number one? Ninth inning stench

Draft is tonight right?

yes, its at 8.30cst/9.30est. should be fun.

Everyone should have received an e-mail over the weekend. Also, make sure you arrive early and click in the "test system" link. It makes sure you have java working correctly on your system. Before last year's draft, I had to reinstall XP on my system and did not reinstall java. I was finally able to get it downloaded and installed around the 10th round of the draft.

If you're not going to be there, be sure to pre-rank your players. The draft will take about 2-2/12 hours to complete and you will have 1 1/2 minutes between picks. E-mail me if you have any questions.

I can't wait....looks like I'm up against Ynkfan first...prepare to be destroyed

oh, smack talkin' already huh?

not so much as "smack" but rather giving fair warning to all that they will need to buy a box to send their cigars to me 🙂

I'll be battling for the cellar, that's where the cigars are kept anyway. . .

Where is the "enter live draft" icon? I'm checking the site out now. Do I have to wait until we get closer to draft time?

The "enter live draft" will be on the main screen 30 minutes before draft time.

Last nights draft was a blast, I had way too many beers prior and to be honest with you can't remember many of the picks I made. . . he says as he lulls them in to believing him. . . .nah, seriously though, it was a great time. I'm looking forward to being the cellar dweller in this league, do you send sympathy cigars to the coach of the worse team. . .I think you should. . .

Michael: what is your team name?
