Never. You offset shipping cost by volume purchase. I know what the prices are at my local shops and online prior to bidding and I hold to my original bid. The best I could find in a quick google search for the Arturo Fuente Hemingway Signature was $158 and they were out of stock. There were several out there that had them for $200+. I probably wouldn’t have paid the $193, but I would pay extra to go through a site that I knew and trusted. I am not in to trusting many people with my CC # on the net.
