If I remember correctly ... the first ISOM I ever smoked was gifted/traded to me by a police officer ... 😉

Just a guess- You probably could not be charged and convicted with possession of an ISOM because they would have to prove that it is real. But if you are trying to sell it as an ISOM then you can get charged even if it is fake.
Example: You can own a bag of flour but if you try to sell it as an illegal substance you will get charged with selling an illegal substance.
Next you guys will tell me that ALL of your computer software is registered and legal.

Maybe just one of those internet rumors, but I read somewhere that if customs is in the mood to funk with you, they assume any unbanded cigar is an ISOM. Anyone know the answer to that?

Having said that, I know someone who travels all the time who almost never returns without a few.

After the training session, I provided all those interested with RyJ Coronitas (from a certain ISOM), does that suffice to put this post on topic? 😎

I've never had a problem with customs luckily...

'Anything to declare?'

'Just some duty free cigarettes and a box of cigars sir.'

'Ok, welcome home.'

I never could get used to the feel of a Glock..It just felt...bulky, for lack of a better word..When looking I shot: Sig (9mm), Para Ordanance (.45), several Glocks (9mm, .40), Keltec (.40), several different HKs (all .45), and of those, the HK just felt the best. The compact was juts the right size...Oh yeah, and I was smoking a cigar while I was shooting them (gotta keep this on topic). My next quest is to find a nice shotgun ($500-$1000), any suggestions there?

State laws vary and you must consult your local sheriff's dept. for conceal question. As far as flash bangs.......why do you want them? They can be pretty damn hazardous to you not to mention they can cause fires to start from their ignition. BTW- Served 7 years to date and currently assigned to drug enforcement task force and work federal OCDETF cases and terrorist matters. Even investigate Senators, Congressman, and yes my favorite........lawyers!

I help produce paintball scenario games, and thought they would be cool to introduce into the game on a *very* limited and *highly* controlled spectrum...We already use a full range of flares, smoke devices, powders and the like....Wanted to use them was just a passing thought, then I sat down and thought about the pontential dangers to the younger players and the like, and have since discarded the thought..

Rookie...the HK is a fantastic piece! I have no regrets in buying it at all, and I can honestly say, that any further pistols I buy will most definately be HK...Now if I could just get that Class 3 lisence and buy myself an MP5 😎

FFinch has it right. I have 19 years on the job (ChiPs). Can't smoke stogies in the car though. Galls catalog has a lot of cool cop toys. Sorry to say the flash bangs and other chemical / explosive stuff is off limits. I carry a S/W Model 4006 .40 cal (department issue) Good, rugged, will shoot even after being dropped from 5 ft and covered with mud. Gives up accuracy for durability. But we get 34 chances to hit what we're shootin' at.
