Wouldn't it be cool if us 10 or so folks that actually buy these things just got together one day and drew numbers for who would bid on each lot. For example, I take the first lot, then the next guy, then the next and so on. We'd all get them for $1.00 per case. I wonder how long it would last before we got cut off?

The wild card would be the folks who use c-bid, but don't post on the BBs. I was a c-bidder for 2 years before I joined the BB.

Do you guys like all of Drew Estates products? I know his ACID line is a really good line, but have you ever smoked some of the cigars in the Natural Line? THey taste like your smoking inscence, at least some of them do.

I can't remember who I heard say it, but it's gonna drive me nuts now .... somehow, I think it was in a movie and for some crazy reason, I can hear a distinctive voice saying it too, but can't quite put my finger on whose voice it is ...

I picked up the sample tin from the ACID line about 2 yrs. ago and thought I was going to vomit when I first opened it up . I smoked one and almost threw them away. I gave the cigars a month or two to off-gas and slowly developed a taste for them. The second tin of ACIDs I smoked were OK but I never got into them all that much.

The NATURALs I like alot. I started with the sampler then just won a box of the ROOT size Naturals on CBid about two weeks ago. Love 'em. These are not the rich, complex, demand your attention, make you dream about your next one classic Cuban. These are pleasant, very nice smelling, good construction, quality cigars with mild potency, and moderate complexity.

In a way I'd say they are excellent cigars for folks new to cigars. I say this not because they are whimpy enough for newbes. I enjoy them and I've been smoking cigars for about 15 years. I say this because they are well made and complex enough to be interesting while gentle enough for a new smoker to get through. In other words this would give them a quality early smoking experience and encourage them to stick with it.

I'd like to try the new lines by Drew but since I don't prefer heavily aormatic cigars, or laced/flavored cigars I think I'll just try one or two from a cigar retailer before I buy a box.

but back to the original thread, I actually have been smoking cigars for about 13 years. I enjoy a variety of smokes. Some days I want a knock you Powerhouse Ashton or La Gloria Cuban Serie R and other days I want a ice creamy Drew Estates cigar. As always smoke what you like baby.

But just dont bid on those nasty Pimp Sticks, I will take resposibility for all of them.

I understand...I like heavier smokes, the naturals what I smoked were too week and didn't taaste like cigars. I felt like I was smoking a gigantic bidi. But taste and preference are relative so...whatever.
