It's her chin and profile. Very cute as a child actor with big rosy cheeks & pouty lips IMHO, but never translated well as she aged.
Saw her on AMC gving her expert opinion on David Lean's classic Lawrence of Arabia. She reminded me of a cauldron- stirring witch with her dark stringy hair & strange upwardly curvy protruding chinny chin chin.
