Wow...how blatantly obvious can you be that these were intentionally destroyed and sent to you as a smack in the face. The only thing missing was a note saying "LOL...here's your friggin smokes." However, if they are fakes, you could call customs, tell them you knew that these were fakes, that you wanted the fakes (because you know the real ones are illegal), and ask them why the heck someone would do this.
