9. I would really like to try and stay away from '99 - '01 smokes, the vast majority of CC's from this time period have construction issues, lack flavor, etc.

Probably, I know there are some good ones. The vast majority of ones that people are selling these days are the bad ones from the bad years.
I got both of these at deals because people were staying away from any smokes from these years. Ended up being well worth the risk on these.
I'm in I'll be stocked up pretty good in two weeks. Put me at or near the bottom of the list.

Most of my ccs I acquired on a trip to the dr before I brought them home I unbanded them. I do have a box of monte no 2s from 2010. Let me know if that's okay.
Where did you buy them from? How certain are you on the authenticity?
