Ughhhhhhhhhhhh, yes they can be. I walk into a shpo a couple years ago and see a guy doing this. So I strike up a conversation. Well ha said his buddy smokes and told him to leave it on cuz it gave it better flavor.#-o

Well I introduced him to a couple good cigars around the $7 range w/o the cedar. He saaid they were way better w/o the cedar as he took it off the Fuente he was smoking after about a half inch into it.

He now knows better and hope he corrected his friend.

I've seen guys light there gars with the cedar pulled forward and inch. You light the cedar start puffin the push the cedar off the foot......you don't leave it on though..

I'm wondering if the cigar is even cut. 🤔 ...I guess if it's a punch cut you wouldn't see it, but you never know since he's trying to smoke it with the cedar on.
