As stated above....

Order for Thursdays. I've had no problem with receiving on Saturday's. Could set a clock by the deliver time. Last two orders have really pooped the bed. No tracking number and being held up for some reason. (Probably all you azzhats ordering everything up!

Finally got some dogs to try on the way at a respectable price, and they delay our inevitable rendevous! Grrrrrr!!!!

Makin' hand-over-fist gobs of mullah on their shipping costs... ship on time.

I've def had this happen numerous times. To me it's not really an issue because I've never needed them asap for a trip or anything. Additionally, I don't prefer to smoke anything ROTT. I like to let them rest for at minimum a few weeks.

Haven't ordered in a while, but last summer in the 'Stan I could have an order close on a Thursday, and it would make it all the way to Kabul following the hippy dippy highway by the following Saturday.

If it's taking over a week to get somewhere in CONUS, yeah, Houston we have a problem.

I'm having the same issues with shipping. Just received the shipping number this evening from last Thursday. I'd offer my services in their shipping area but I have no wish to live in PA. I've heard they get that wierd white stuff on the ground up there.

Just got off the phone W/Cust Service - they are having probs in shipping - only refunded 1/2 of shipping cost and I asked for the whole thing - no dice.

My last 3 orders have been late (used to get on Fri) now Tue - Last order not even shipped yet.

We are spoiled by the Service we used to get - And the packing has been terrible - the cigars are loose in the box - 5 packs - It would be ok if I won cigars that come in boxes.

Cust Service said that orders have been off the charts - Hence the delay.

I never had a problem until the last month or so. used to be I had weekly shipping and cigars would ship on Thursday and get to me on Tuesday, like clockwork. Lately they are running almost a week behind. I have had no problems yet with the packing just the shipping. Just a minor annoyance but hope it will get straightened out soon,

Problems here, too. Slow as he11.

But, I wasn't surprised - once the guy who used to miscount, mispack, and step on cigars got arrested for the lighter theft, I fully expected things to slow down.
