They aren't supposed to. The Elo's were made with what was left of the crop after the Westies and Easties were made.

They were factory seconds. NHC got them all. The Elo 1 was the Westie second, The Elo 3 was the Eastie second.

They made ELOs 1-6. I'm not sure what the others were.
