I took the package back, mud and all. When I put it on the desk to speak with the USPS staff they just looked at me and told me they don't handle shipping claims there and gave the package back to me.....and wiped the mud off their desk.

Next time I go to work I am going to try and explain that I do not deal with sick people.....then wipe off my equipment. Hope I have a job afterward!
