^^Game wardens are not allowed at this lake. It is privately owned and you have to have a membership to fish it. No fishing license necessary.

It is on private property and the cops don't even go past the gate unless invited to do so, such as when they have events like mud runs, 4th of July, etc.

If they want me to dump the carp on the shoreline... that's where I'll leave 'em. Good to know, though, for when I fish any other lakes.

well that's pretty sweet... in that case you should be cutting up several packages of hot dogs and throwing them in every day... should bring a lot of bass around... if you decide to try a lure, jig and pig sounds like it might work well for you...

they use carp around here to clear overgrown ponds out sometimes... funny how that works.... 😟

Been fishing for bass since I was 9 or so. I have a tackle box full of lures. Senkos, rapalas, rooster tails, spinner baits, hula poppers, jitter bugs, you name it. I never used to use bait, always lures.

But if you're a smart fisherman, you use what works best.

Is for amateur's! Real fisherman hook 100 or so car batteries together and then drop the line into the water. It's a beautiful site seeing the whole lake come floating belly up and already half cooked! 😗 😁

This is why I recommended the jig and pig... you start using stuff like hot dogs and it's a slippery slope from there...
