Well this arrived today and what a hit it was. Our friend Mr. Lemon was waaaaaaay generous and sent me 10....yes...10 cc's for my upcoming trip to Buffalo/Canada this weekend.

The haul consisted of 8 PSD4's and 2 RJ Shorty Churchills all from 2011.

David this an amazing RAOK and much appreciated.

Was surprised by the Carter Hill. Have never had an otc blend I enjoyed. Its completely mild and inoffensive, packed hastily but it burned perfectly. Puffed a cob of it while making a beer run tonight. Gonna try some of the others shortly. Thanks again.

No no. Au contraire. Smoking a bowl of the frogmortan and thoroughly enjoying it. Either my prior experience was due to a small bowl or an inexperienced palate, not sure. But this is good enough that I'll smoke it again. It seems to pair well with this bottle of Gulden Draak.

English vs VA to me is like beer vs wine. So wildly different, but loved for the same reasons, just in a different octave.

Eta: the casa Fuente pretty much covered what I sent, not to mention the pib gift. I truly thank you for this.

Packed a big bowl of the nightcap.

Maybe I do like some/limited English blends after all.

They're different, and the room note is pretty awful, but the frogmortan was very good, this nightcap is too strong for me, had to put it down. Turned me green... waiting for the sweats to pass and going to bed. Nightcap indeed.frogmortan was good though. Nightcap, not so much.
