Open the pic with Paint.

Check Orientation. You may need to rotate it 90 degrees right.

Click Resize.

Change one of the two numbers in the top half to 50. The other one will change automatically to maintain the same aspect ratio.

Click OK

Right ABOVE where it says Paste, Click the Downward pointing triangle.

Click Save As

Where it says Save as File Type, Change file type to JPEG

Where it says File name: Type in something like "file_name_CBID"

Click Save

Look at the bottom of the paint window. It should have a size. This number needs to be under 200 kb to post it.

You can play with the percentage, up and down as needed, until you're right below 200. Keep in mind that every time you change the percentage, you need to save the file so the size updates.

Once you are below 200 kbs, you will be able to post the picture.
