Oh, and to be clear, I don't know if cbid is selling that older one / band or never updated the photo and if selling the current one.

Not in a bunch, just not feeling like making long explanations. The 10th was a special cigar for that occasion. At that same time, they also changed all the bands on their other cigars.

Charlie, Camacho cigars was founded in 1961. In 1995 it was bought out by the Eiroa family. They in turn sold the brand to Davidoff in 2008 keeping Christain Eiroa on as President of the company. Sometime in 2012 Christian parted ways with Davidoff and founded CLE cigars. About the same time Camacho re-blended their portfolio of cigars and changed the label to the "Everlast" look.

Honestly, Camacho bands while the Eiroras owned the company were confusing at times. They seemed to be in a near constant state of flux. Changing every few years, then distributors having old stock that would pop up a few years later after the band had changed, or certain bands being done in a different style, it was a mess.

You certainly did not offend or piss me off with your question. Not sure who you are saying was inappropriate, me or you; but neither qualifies imo.

I hope this is not one of those annoying questions.....but if in fact a company is making great cigars ,decides to sell for whatever reason...why do they constantly try to fix something unbroken so to speak? My assumption is always money????Which in the long run seems less cigars would be purchased and boom back to square one????

Well when a FAMILY sells to a large company I think the passion isn't the same.

That makes sense I suppose more about production than care and/or quality...thx
